Lisa Davis, AICP, is a certified land planner with more than twenty-five years of experience. In 1990, Ms. Davis founded and established Lisa Davis Associates after a lucrative career in the commercial real estate industry. Her background includes managing the local approval and public review process for a variety of commercial and industrial development projects; representing major firms before municipal boards, civic associations and community groups; as well as managing the project teams.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Davis served as Assistant Deputy Director of Real Estate for the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). In this capacity, she was responsible for managing the real estate activities for the Long Island Railroad and Metro-North Commuter Railroad Company. Ms Davis also worked as economic development planner for the City of Yonkers, New York as well as a housing analyst for the City of New York. Prior to relocating to New England, Ms. Davis was an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute.

An alumnus of McGill University with a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from the University of Rochester, Ms. Davis has also completed courses and extensive experience in environmental assessment, commercial leasing, real estate finance and appraisal.

Ms. Davis is a member of the New England Women in Real Estate, where she holds the position of Chairman of the Small Business Owner’s Group. She also holds active membership in the Massachusetts Chapter of American Planning Association.
